Dear clients,

Due to the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals recommendations that all bodyworkers suspend hands-on modalities for the time being, I will be closing the studio until April 27th (tentatively). I apologize for the inconvenience but am committed to protecting the health and well-being of my clients and their families.

Keep well,

Kate Leigh, LMT

About Me

I am a recent transplant to Maine, after bumping around the States since immigrating 15 years ago - I got here as soon as I could!

Originally from Zimbabwe, I bring with my innate massage skills, a calm and steady attitude, which I engage during my sessions to provide deep mind-body relaxation for my client. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2010 and am trained in Swedish, trigger-point, deep tissue, lymphatic, hot stone, and facial massage techniques, as well as hydrotherapy, range-of-motion, myofascial release and PNF stretching techniques. I enjoy using deep tissue techniques to restore range of motion to my clients with adhesions and using my intuition to guide the flow and pressure of the massage. I am also a licensed esthetician, with an interest in natural, non-invasive and transformative skin care, stemming from restoring the skin’s natural acid mantle and barrier function.
